Parties

Zenoluna S.R.O. ("Company") and Customer, described as Verified Binance P2P User ("Customer").

1. Purpose

This Agreement sets the terms under which the Company provides cryptocurrency trading and settlement services. The Company executes Binance P2P trades and processes related fiat settlements using Epay as its primary payment platform.

2. Services Provided

  • Execution of cryptocurrency trades via Binance P2P.
  • Outgoing fiat settlements to verified customers through Epay.
  • Record keeping and transaction reporting for compliance.
  • Verification of completed trades before settlement.

3. Compliance and Verification

The Company operates under a Virtual Asset Service Provider license issued by the Financial Analytical Office of the Czech Republic. All customers must complete KYC verification through approved providers. The Company follows applicable Czech and EU AML/CTF rules.

4. Payment Terms

All fiat settlements are processed via Epay. Customers must provide accurate Epay account details. The Company is not liable for delays or faults caused by third party payment processors. Each remittance corresponds to a completed Binance P2P transaction.

5. Transaction Limits and Volume

Transaction limits follow internal risk policies.

6. Fees

Fees are included in the exchange rate or disclosed prior to trade confirmation. Customers agree to applicable fees before each transaction.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep trade and identity details confidential except when disclosure is required by law or regulators.

8. Liability

The Company acts as an intermediary. The Company is not liable for losses due to market volatility, platform outages, or third party delays.

9. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate services immediately in case of non compliance, suspicious activity, or legal constraints. Customers may terminate by providing written notice.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved in Czech courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Acknowledgment

By using the Company’s services, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
